Put Pokémon who like the same things under one roof. A house has one environment, so housemates need the same ambience — and the more favourite categories they share, the more each piece of furniture pleases all of them at once.

How the matching works — ① the same ambience (Bright, Warm, Humid, Dry, Dark or Cool); ② as many shared favourite categories as possible; ③ light: a night-only Pokémon wants a dark home. How many fit depends on the kit — see Building. This is worked out from each species' ambience, five favourites and time of day, not an official table from the game.
