Post-disaster Kanto has no clothes shop. Ditto learns a new look by reading a magazine about trainers from around the world, so the source is where that magazine is lying. You can change at any large mirror, wherever you have put it.

70 of the 203 come from magazines found on Dream Island trips, which are randomised — if one is still missing, it is a matter of going back, once a day.
