Dream Islands

A private island you can visit once a day, stocked with ore and rare finds. The doll you set down before you leave decides what is on it.

How to get there

Befriend Drifloon first — its Dream Island specialty is the way there. Then set a doll down and inspect it, and Drifloon floats over to whisk you away.

One trip per day, and the island resets when the day ends — anything you leave behind is gone for good, so clear it out before you go.

The first three are the finds Serebii lists as that island’s focus. The longer lists come from the item sources, which record the island each item spawns on — “grows there” for the natural resources, “exclusive finds” for the furniture and collectibles you only get on that island.

Pokémon on the island

Dream Islands have no wild Pokémon on them at all — Serebii says so plainly. The one exception is a Legendary, and that is a chance, not a guarantee.

Mew does not come from these islands. Collect all 27 Mysterious Slates — they appear at random in shiny patches of ground — then lay them on the matching tiles at the ruins near the Pokémon Center in the Withered Wastelands to form a picture of Mew.

Rare finds and the lore on them

Beyond the ore and materials, each island hides notebooks that fill in the game’s background lore, outfits based on main-series characters such as Blue, Green and Ethan, and rare items like Pokémetal Ingots.

Every trip also hands you tips towards habitats you have not discovered yet.

Why there is no island map

The island is generated fresh for every trip and thrown away at the end of the day, so no two look alike. No source publishes a layout because there is no fixed layout to publish — what is predictable is what you find, which the doll decides, not where you find it.
