Expansion Pass
Bubbly Basin
Sunken Cerulean City — Expansion Pass Part 1
The first paid Expansion Pass area, released 5 August 2026 with v2.0.0. Cerulean City now sits on the seabed, and almost all of it is played underwater with the Dive move. Go deep enough and it goes pitch black, so you need light. Crops only grow down here inside bubbles, and buoyant blocks let you build in open water. Six Treasure Maps lead to the six decorative Poké Balls needed for the final habitat, Mermaid's Gym. Manaphy lives here.
Story events here
1Important Requests are the story quests you work through with Professor Tangrowth and the area’s Pokémon. Finishing one raises the area’s Environment Level and your Trainer Rank.
Pokémon you only find here
1Most Pokémon will move into any area once you build the habitat they like. These are the few genuinely tied to this one, worked out from the areas each Pokémon lives in on Serebii’s habitat pages.

Raising an area’s Environment Level puts new stock in its shop. An entry marked “recipe” unlocks the crafting recipe rather than the item; click any of them to open its entry.
