Palette Town

Three empty islands — a free-build sandbox

Three vacant islands with no story requirements attached — the game hands them to you as a blank canvas. Palette Town is also where the three Legendary bird kits are found: Freezing Chambers (Articuno), Abandoned Power Plant (Zapdos) and Altar of the Flame (Moltres). Each needs 15 Pokémon and a heavy pile of refined materials.
